Mission

The gene expression service validates the functionality of the genetic modifications introduced in vivo. This service is customized to provide clients with the model information they require and different techniques are proposed (dd PCR as replacement of qPCR, RT-qPCR, Southern blot, Northern blot, Western blot, in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry). Gene expression analyses are especially pertinent to select your transgenic lines done by random integration, to control your model (knockdown quantitation, validation of the pattern of expression of your knock-in, tissue-specific deletion ...) and to validate the animals from your clinical phenotyping cohort.
